I have to tell you a funny story... awhile back we took the kids for a walk at the Leavenworth @thousandtrails .. we always get the question “are they all yours?” and normally we just smile and say “yes” and keep going.. well as we were passing an older couple @brentt31 thought it would be fun to mess with them.. when they asked us “are they all yours?” He looked back, panicked and replied “ oh my gosh no, who’s kids are these two? guys who’s kids are these?” The older couple got really concerned for a second and started to act like they were going to help us find their parents.. that’s when I stepped in and said we were joking. They didn’t think it was funny. Needless to say, he won’t be doing that again.

Somedays I’m supermom and somedays...I’m human. I seriously can’t even count the amount of times I’ve done this since having kids, for real...it’s embarrassing. ‍♀️ • But what can I say? Life with 5 littles, including 2 year old triplets, can get crazy and my days are often a combination of carefully scheduled and just rolling with it. Am I right or am I right?! • I laugh when I think back to when I thought I was tired before kids. I was cute, so cute. You guys, I’ve trained 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in ballet and I’ve ran half marathons, and let me tell you that there is nothing more exhausting than being a mom! • Yes, that’s right, I am not supermom. In fact, supermom does not exist. I love being a mom and I love my kids but I still get overwhelmed, run down and need a break. • Does that make me a bad mom? No. 1000x No. It simply makes me human. Take time for yourself mamas, it’ll not only benefit you but also your family. • What is one way you can achieve better self care this week?

Here is a little before and after pictures of our living room. I’m not finished decorating but it’s the most finished area of our house right now so here you go. SO thankful for how it turned out. . . . Also in our search for finding a budget friendly couch, that was sealed leather that we could wipe down (hello stinky boys)and super comfy we went to @woodstockoutlet and found these for almost half the price of anywhere else. They are a precious local family owned business and they are sweet believers and so kind. So I’m all about sharing a sweet company and a good deal. . . . Also rug is from @rugs_usa and we have gotten our last several rugs from them and they are amazing and well made and super affordable. . . . Hope y’all are having a great Tuesday!

My kids are turning out just like me. Well-played, karma. Well-played ‍♀️ . . We have been enjoying the beach each weekend, but our 3 girls do not sit for a second.
