Little did I know, lactobacillus are not killed by Augmentin. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ After 2 weeks of high dose lactobacillus, I developed symptoms of histamine intolerance. This started a battle against histamine that lasted for several months. Finally, after supplementing heavy with bifidobacterium and doing several other things to balance out my body, I escaped the "histamine trap". ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ With so much confusion out there about probiotics. I wanted to set the record straight. Refer below. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 5 Tips for Finding the Right Probiotic⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 1. Test your stool to see which strains you are deficient in, then replace those strains ONLY⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 2. Google scientific studies on the specific antibiotics you used to determine which probiotic species were most likely to be killed, replace ONLY those strains⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 3. Start off with bifidobacterium dominant product since bifido are the most sensitive to antibiotics/stress, do NOT start with lactobacillus only products, you could cause histamine intolerance ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 4. Look for SIGNIFICANT benefit when you first start taking a probiotic, if you DON'T see it, you probably already have plenty of that strain, and therefore, are furthering an imbalance⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 5. Kullanacağımız tüm ekipman (bıçak,kesme tahtası, büyük kabımız ve cam kavanoz) sıcak suyla iyice yıkandıktan sonra sirke ile biraz bekletilmeli. (Küf oluşmaması için) Tüm sebzeler küçük parçalar halinde kesilir. Büyükçe bir kaba konur. Üzerine deniz tuzu ilave edilir. 15 dakika kadar beklenir. Sebzelerin üzerine biraz daha tuz eklenir. (Tadına bakarak tuz oranı ayarlanabilir) Sebzeler ve tuz iyice karışana kadar biraz ezilerek karıştırılır. Sebzeler su salar. Sebzeler cam kavanoza aktarılır. Sebzelerin saldığı suda cam kavanoza sebzelerin üzerine ilave edilir. Kefir suyu (isteğe bağli) ilave edilir. Eğer sebzeler tamamen su içinde değilse tamamen su altında kalana kadar temiz içme suyu ilave edilir. En üst lahana yaprağı veya asma yaprağı ile örtülür. Üzerine steril bir ağırlık konur. Kapağı üstten sıkıştırmadan kapatılır. Derin bir kabın içine konulur. (Taşabilir) 5 gün karanlık bir ortamda oda sıcaklığında bekletilir. 5 günün sonunda kavanozun ağzı sıkıca kapatılıp buz dolabına kaldırılır. 7 gün buzdolabında dinlendikten sonra turşumuz servise hazırdır. Afiyet olsun.

K so USUALLY, when you think of yogurt and how it fits into your day, you think “strawberries, honey, blueberries, granola”…. And while we LOOOVE the sweet side of healthy #snacks, there’s more You probably already know the story, but I created the yogurt to scratch a specific itch: savory cooking (aka dinner time).
