So much going on in my head after candidly sharing a bit more about myself last week. Still processing all the feedback, which was really something special. . This account also passed 7k followers this week. Truth be told I don’t care about that number in and of itself. Once upon a time I would have wanted it to be as big as it could be, but this account was created as a fun outlet within the hobby, and it’ll always stay that way. I do care about that number, though, in so much as each one of those 7k represents one of you. And for you all I’m truly grateful. . So where to now? Onward and upward? Who knows. I’m just here to enjoy the ride. And I’m looking forward to sharing a bit more about myself through #funfactfriday posts (as well as letting them drive me creatively to create some relevant personal content within what can often be a homogenized industry and hobby). . So let’s wrap with a fun fact in the spirit of this post: morning routines. They’re vitally important in my humble opinion. The choices you make to start each day end up dictating the course of your life in some measure. This photo represents mine. Which watch do I wear? Do I check my notifications, read, shower, exercise, meditate, or work first? Coffee now or later (trick question: the answer is both). ☕️ . I try to stick to my routines. Asleep by 11p, awake by 6a, coffee first always, then spending quiet time with my higher power before exercising to jumpstart the system; all before I get sucked into the hustle of the day. This clears my head and puts my heart right. Then—in the face of what can often be a pretty cold world—I try to keep things as lighthearted, fun, and positive as possible. I fail this often, but at least I try. After all, I believe the energy you put out is the energy you receive. Reaping and sowing, karma and such.
