В чём кататься на SUP? Читаем, закупаемся ------ На самом деле, вопрос из серии «а можно пробежать марафон без марафонских кроссовок?». И ответ на него - да, можно. Бегать вообще можно даже в динамовских кедах. Важен прежде всего процесс С одеждой для катания на SUP та же история. Можно бесконечно выпендриваться в сухих пэдлсвитах, но по факту можно получать кайф, катаясь в трениках и толстовке ------ Главное, что ты должен помнить: погода на воде может резко меняться. Особенно на больших водоёмах! Ещё полчаса назад светило солнце, и ты балдел, загорая. И вот уже нехилый ветерок надувает тебе уши. Всегда бери с собой плащ/ветровку/дождевик и дополнительную флисовку, а также головной убор. Реально, даже летом. Ну кроме прям совсем жарких дней ☀ обувь должна соответствовать сезону. Плюс важно учитывать температуру воды. Весной твои ноги будут мёрзнуть сильнее, чем осенью. Всегда лучше взять обувь теплее той, которую ты надел бы на земле перчатки тоже хороший выбор в прохладную погоду. Отлично подойдут тонкие перчатки для сёрфинга 2мм. запасной комплект одежды. Упасть с сапа может любой и всегда. Это не проблема, даже если вода холодная. Переоделся, надел тёплые носки и продолжил плавание Или отдаём ползарплаты за сухой костюм для SUP - выбор за тобой Чтобы ты понимал, мы не против таких костюмов, даже за! Но главное - SUP, весло и твоё желание. Остальное - опционально ------ What to wear for #standuppaddling? Easy! You can wear anything you want, except maybe high heels But the best options will be: comfortable sport pants or leggings t-shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie windbreaker cozy shoes like sneakers or wetsuit shoes if it’s cold to sup barefoot wetsuit or drysuit for the cold season is also a good idea Always mind the weather and take some clothes to change just in case ‍♀️
