We look at ourselves in the mirror every day. Sometimes it's a quick glance to make sure our hair is not jacked up or there's not lipstick on our teeth, but there are other times when we look for, or focus on, all the things we don't like about ourselves. . Why do we do that to ourselves? (And I know it's not just the ladies. You guys do it, too.) . I can't say don't do this, because I am still guilty of it myself. (To be honest I do not feel comfortable posting these pics today, but I am anyway because this is actually like therapy for me. Plus it's a reminder of where I am in my journey) . I'm guessing some of you will think I look just fine, some of you will say I shouldn't be so hard on myself, and some of you will mentally find flaws just like I do. . (You might even feel the need to comment that yet again I shouldn't post pics like this... I'm also thinking some of you would rather die than post what you think are unflattering pics of yourself in your skivvies on IG. #amiright ?) . Here's the thing y'all. If you are going to criticize your body and take mental notes of all the things you find wrong with your reflection, you damn well better also find things you love about yourself, too. . It's ok to want to work on yourself, just don't forget to love yourself while you're at it....And if there are things you don't like, that you do have the ability to change, Are you? () Finally, this was to be our one but last day on the trail, so to make it more interesting, as soon as we passed the Sitojaure hut, we went off trail and instead of following snowmobile tracks, we followed animal tracks. At night I laid on the ground next to quietly snoring Tajga, and watched the stars. Still no aurora, but I was amazed how crowded it is up there, wherever I looked I could see a few satellites speeding in all directions. —————————————— Wreszcie nadszedł nasz przedostatni dzień na szlaku, więc żeby go urozmaicić, jak tylko minęliśmy schronisko w Sitojaure, zeszliśmy ze szlaku i zamiast podążać śladami skuterów, podążaliśmy śladami zwierząt. W nocy położyłem się na ziemi obok cichutko chrupiącej Tajgi i patrzyłem na gwiazdy. Znów nie było zorzy, ale zadziwiło mnie, jak tam na gorze jest tłoczno. Gdziekolwiek spojrzałem, widać było kilka satelitów pędzących we wszystkie strony.

On long days like this when I'm stressed out the wazoo with school work, exams, networking, you name it, I COULD just skip the gym, stay at home and study for hours on end until I hit a wall ...
